Customer Service
It is important to our Customer Service Team that we establish a friendly working relationship with our purchasers. Our field staff focuses not only on rectifying your concerns, but also on problem-prevention through improvement in construction techniques and materials. Deficiencies are handled in a prompt and efficient manner. Please forward all suite deficiency concerns to the on site customer service office.
Should any emergency arise (i.e. heating, water penetration or any deficiency that could cause damage or harm) please contact the property management company immediately. Please see the Contacts section for the list of phone numbers.
Also, please be advised that all maintenance issues are the responsibility of the property management company. Therefore, if you have any concerns regarding maintenance please feel free to contact them directly or fill in a Service Request Form which will be available at the concierge.
We request that all concerns be in writing for both your protection and our control. Please ensure that your correct address and all pertinent information be provided in your letter so that we may contact you if needed.
