Hello! We’ve brought you another Market Wharf \u00a0construction update. This month, move-ins have started on the lower levels! Keep scrolling for the latest update…<\/p>\n

As stated above, move-ins have started on the lower levels of the building, \u00a0and the higher levels are still under construction. the lift up the side of the building has been removed, as the actual elevators are in full use.<\/p>\n

The lobby is somewhat complete, just need the finishing touches applied to it.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Another penthouse suite has the framing complete and drywalling is underway.<\/p>\n

Hello St. Lawrence Market!<\/p>\n

With the exception of the 33rd floor, balcony railings have been installed.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Cabinetry installlation is well underway on the 28th floor.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Plumbing and bathrooms have been installed on the 27th floor.<\/p>\n

The 26th floor has lighting…<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

And carpet!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

And finished kitchens!<\/p>\n

So here we have the first look at the amenities floor, with a sneak peek at the gym facilities.<\/p>\n

The gym floor has been installed and all that’s left is installation of the machines!<\/p>\n
