Get it? Check out? Libraries … eh? Eh? Fine, puns aren’t your thing, we get it. But we thought it was clever. Anyway, we went and got an update from the Library District site and there’s some great news — after the jump, of course!<\/p>\n

First off we’d just like to formally announce that the building is completely closed off! All of the windows, doors and everything are in.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

That’s right sports fans, we’re also onto finishing the second floor units! \u00a0We’ll go up from here but the first 9 floors are almost ready for finishing.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Most units are in this phase right now, as they have just been coated with fresh paint and are currently awaiting flooring. I mean, unless exposed concrete is your thing, which we severely doubt it is.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Libary District features a ton of cool unit sizes and shapes, including this end unit.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

These are one of the west facing units, this one in particular is a 2 bedroom, with the bedrooms on the right.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

<\/a>Bless this mess, as construction sites tend to be a little messy, but if we were waking up to this view every day…just saying a person couldn’t really complain…<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

<\/a>Here’s the living area of one of our studio units, the windows really open up the place, no?<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

<\/a>Did we mention that we even have crews installing the elevators right now? Elevator work started a few weeks ago, so no more peeking down into the dark abyss of the parking garage.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

<\/a>Dear future condo owner with excellent taste in finishes – you have excellent taste in design upgrades.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Library District is connected to the City of Toronto’s 100th public library, and is steps away from the national historic site of Fort York.<\/p>\n
