The <a href=\"http:\/\/walnutstudios.com\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\">Walnut Studios<\/a> Spring Fever <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events\/302830416457407\/\" target=\"_blank\">Art Show and Sale<\/a> will give you a chance to experience art in the &#8220;raw&#8221; by viewing original works of art in the artist\u2019s creative space.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">You\u2019ll get to see the paint filled palettes, the preliminary sketches, the dusty work benches, and the splashes of colour on the floor! \u00a0You\u2019ll also get to meet the artists themselves, hear their stories and discuss the creative process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The festivities begin at noon with an open house followed by a reception at 7pm to 11pm with a cash bar and live Dj&#8217;s spinning tunes throughout the night.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">On display will be an eclectic and diverse blend of art including painting, fashion, jewellery, photography, drawing, mixed media, sculpture, film and more.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">To top it all off, you\u2019ll able to purchase and walk away with the original works of art for yourself and your digs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">So if spending a day with Toronto\u2019s local and independent talent in a beautifully renovated vintage building in the heart of the King West sounds like your thing, then mark your calendar for\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events\/302830416457407\/\" target=\"_blank\">May 12th<\/a>!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What better way to welcome Spring than with 300 pieces of stunning art from Toronto\u2019s established and up and coming independent artists?
