THE PROJECT

Spire consists of a slender 45-storey point tower with retail at its base, a 4-storey podium, and a publicly accessible landscaped court and park. The tower is composed of glass and steel and colourful yellow spandrel panels that are randomly located on all four facades. The podium materials are more robust and feature precast concrete and fritted white glass.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Located at the northwest corner of Adelaide Street East and Church Street, Spire overlooks historic St. James Cathedral and Park and is steps from the downtown core.
