THE PROJECT
TipTopLofts is one of Toronto’s most recognizable structures and is one of the city’s best examples of Art Deco architecture. The original building was built in 1929 and was constructed as a combined garment factory, warehouse, and head office for Tip Top Tailors Ltd. The original building was conducive to the creation of lofts, and the new 6-storey glass addition provides the spacious feel and expansive light of the existing building.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
TipTopLofts is located directly on Toronto’s waterfront near Bathurst Street and Lake Shore Boulevard West and features easy access to the Martin Goodman waterfront trail.
