We took a trip to get an update as to how things are coming along at lovely Market Wharf. Have a look at the updates and pictures below.

Framing has begun on 30th floor, studs and electrical works are in on floor 29.

There will be BBQ’s here when complete. The other, bigger decking is lounge area.

This will be a lounge once complete. Just imagine hanging out here on a hot summer day!

Furniture is being delivered for the two model suites this week and they’ll be open soon

PDI’s are starting in the next few weeks – no set date yet but be sure to check your inbox for an email from us soon!

Great news! First occupancy is set for the end of January and we’re on track to reach it.
