Hello Everyone, we dropped in at Market Wharf to  get a quick update in terms of what was going on with the construction. A few updates are below, but first – a view from the top!

We’re currently on track in terms on construction, with move-ins scheduled to begin in January. Crews are hard at work to make that date a reality.

Framing and dry-walling are in on the 26th. Tiling can be seen as high as the 15th floor!

The next big thing happening on the site will be the dismantling of the crane, which could take up to 8 hours. Which coincidentally, should make for one interesting update in the near future.

Cabinetry has been installed up until the 14th floor, countertops are in as well they’re just covered for protection.

Some leisure spaces have been completed around the 6th floor “peanut”, as it has been unofficially christened by the construction crews. Including 2 gorgeous decks to “get away from it all” while still in the city.
